The fabulous team at Marsh Pig have made some delicious bresaola with our grass fed Hereford beef and our Pinot Noir Gin.
Ingredients: British beef 94.6%, salt, dextrose, rosemary, thyme, juniper berry, Pinot noir gin, preservative (sodium nitrate, potassium nitrate).
Gluten, wheat and lactose free.
195g of beef is used to produce 100g of finished product. This product may have a white surface residue which is natural and harmless.
HOW TO STORE Once opened, store in an airtight container in a fridge and consume within three days. Serve at room temperature.
