Cuvée Iz Pet Nat Vintage 2023
Our 2023 vintage Pet-Nat is made from Bacchus, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Spontaneously fermented it's unfined and unfiltered.
Deepish orange/amber colour with a pinkish accent. Flavours of elderflower, apricot and orange marmalade converge to create tastes of the vineyard and summer. Brut style with a hint of yeast on the nose and palate, fresh acidity, good balance and length in fruit. A dangerously easy drinking wine.
