Our first small vintage Pet-Nat is made from Bacchus, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Spontaneously fermented it's unfined and unfiltered.
Creamy bubbles explode on the palate. Flavours of elderflower, cherry, pink grapefruit and blood orange converge to create tastes of the vineyard and summer. A dangerously easy drinking wine.
