Our 2024 vintage Pet-Nat is made from 100% Pinot Meunier. A wild, fizzy celebration of Pinot Meunier - bright pink in the glass with rustic bubbles, brilliant natural acidity.
Crunchy red apple, crushed raspberries, pink grapefruit and a touch of white flowers. Without added sulphur, unfixed, unfiltered - just grapes, time and bottle fermented magic.
Alive. Raw. Refreshing.
Best served chilled.
Contains natural sediment.
