Crossing Lines Cabernet Jura Vintage 2025 Wine
Our first red single estate wine is crafted from hand picked 100% Cabernet Jura grapes grown with a labour of love at 52 degrees north, from this epic hybrid variety. Wild yeast fermented, unfined and unfiltered.
Garnet Robe in colour. Beautiful nose of ripe blackcurrants and wild berries, with spices and cracked black pepper complexity. A velvety tannin structure on the medium-bodied palate. Touches of earthiness and bright acidity in the long finish.
